Teaching children HOW to learn
Therapists at BACA all must have attained a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and successfully completed our intensive initial training program. Continuous on the job training follows, with regular performance reviews. Many of our therapists simultaneously pursue advanced degrees and BCBA/BCaBA certification.
